2. Quotes and reservations
Submitting a form, email, text, or phone inquiry does not create a reservation. A reservation is confirmed only after you approve your quote and complete the booking steps listed on it, including any required deposit. Your written quote or reservation agreement governs the specific service, schedule, price, and policies for your trip.
3. Accurate information
Please provide accurate dates, times, locations, passenger counts, and contact details. Changes to your trip may affect price, timing, or availability.
4. Pricing and payment
Pricing, deposits, payment due dates, and accepted payment methods are stated in your quote. Additional charges may apply for extra time, added stops, route changes, out-of-area tolls or parking, excessive cleaning, or damage, as described in your reservation agreement.
5. Passenger conduct
- Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and all applicable laws
- Alcohol is permitted only for passengers 21 and older, where allowed by Georgia law, and with advance approval
- No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or glass containers on board
- The person who books the trip is responsible for the group's conduct and for damage caused by passengers
- The driver may end service if passenger behavior is unsafe or unlawful, without refund
6. Personal belongings
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We'll make reasonable efforts to return items left on the shuttle but are not responsible for lost or damaged property.
7. Schedule changes and delays
We plan routes with realistic travel time, but traffic, weather, road closures, and other conditions outside our control can cause delays. Your safety comes first, and we'll communicate any changes as quickly as possible.
8. Reviews and submissions
When you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and give us permission to publish it on our website and marketing with your first name and last initial. We may decline to publish reviews that contain offensive language, personal information, or content unrelated to our service.
